Moira Laurence
I have been in the Travel Industry for 30 years. Born in South Africa, I travelled through Zimbabwe, Zambia & South Africa and have since been back to the area many times, keeping up to date on all the game Parks in Southern Africa.
I have also travelled extensively in many other countries e.g. USA, Canada, Alaska, UK, Ireland, most of Europe, Mauritius, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Thailand, Bali, Philippines, Australia, New Zealand, Cook Islands, Fiji, Tahiti, New Caledonia, Vanuatu and more.
I have done over 35 cruises from 3*-6* plus and was recently awarded my "Masters of Cruising". I have taken many groups on different Cruise Ships, e.g. QM 2, QE2, Queen Victoria, Crystal, Regent "Seven Seas", Princess Cruises and P & O Cruise lines.
At Travelbookers, we also operate a Honeymoon Registry and participate in Wedding Expo’s. I always say “I deal with all retail travel from a Bus ticket to a 1st Class ticket 'Round the World'” and anything else that is needed.
Among the awards I have won:
Top Cruise Consultant, Top Retail Consultant Nationally, Finalist for the AFTA Award “Best International Consultant 1998”, International & Domestic Cruising Certificates.

Jean Abel
I have many years of travelling experience in both business and leisure travel.
My strength is Corporate travel, where I am adept in matching the exacting needs of the Business traveler, their budgetary restrictions, their need for well located hotels around the globe, and also the requirements for last minute bookings and changes.
I have personally travelled extensively around the USA, including Hawaii, and also parts of South America. I have done tours, cruises and independent travel extensively through Europe.
Other destinations that I have personally experienced include: Egypt, Southern Africa, India, the Maldives, Mauritius and Reunion, much of Asia, including Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, Bali, Singapore, the Philippines and the South West Pacific, including Fiji and Tahiti.
Through having inspected myriad properties in most of these destinations, I feel truly able to help most clients, with almost any travel query or arrangement.
I am able to offer advice, and more importantly, I have world wide personal contacts and several niche products exclusive to Travelbookers only, that I have sourced over the years.
We are able to advise and recommend based on a wealth of personal experience. |

Debbie Fleischer
I joined Travelbookers in Sept 2009 and have come with 20 years of experience, gained both in South Africa and then in Corporate and leisure travel in a busy North Sydney Agency.
I have in fact been in the travel business all my working life and pride myself on giving each and every customer exactly what they want, both price and experience wise.
With my knowledge of fares and ticketing and my contacts with all the major airlines, I think I give Travelbookers a competitive edge in superb customer service and acquiring the very best fares of the day.
I have 2 young children who are at a North Shore School and we go on frequent family holidays, which gives me that knowledge and experience of “travelling with kids” today, and knowing their likes and dislikes and also the best destinations and modes of travel suitable for the younger ones.

Karen Kelly
I have now been with Travelbookers for 10 years, after having travelled extensively myself.
I handle both domestic and international enquiries for Travelbookers, and also service large Corporate Clients who have demanding and exacting standards.
I like to think of myself as a whiz in all aspects of domestic travel particularly, and love helping Australians and overseas guests discover this wonderful country.
Having travelled all over Australia and New Zealand, I feel comfortable recommending all types of Australian and Pacific Holidays. The other countries I have travelled to are Fiji, Tahiti, Singapore, Zimbabwe, Kenya and Europe, with more recent visits to both South Africa and Mauritius.

Anna Nenchev
I have 25 years experience in the travel industry and specialise in Eastern and other areas of Europe.
Having myself originated from Eastern Europe, I come with extensive knowledge of the needs and wants of my clientelle.
I am able to provide the best costings for travel to that area, and am able to service a huge amount of travellers who are visiting friends and relatives there, and others who are just starting to explore that region.
Over the years I have built up a loyal following of clientele who not only travel to Eastern Europe, but who travel worldwide. As a result of my specialist knowledge of the travel industry and influence with the airlines, and also the large amounts of tickets purchased, I am able to secure clients best fares and give them round the clock 24 / 7 service.
I service large Corporations as well as having many many clients who have remained faithful to me for years, travelling worldwide, and recommending me to their friends and relatives. |

Kim Thelander-Thomas
I have been in the travel industry for over 20 years.
Having a varied background of airline and wholesale experience, I lived and worked in London for a couple of years.
I have also travelled fairly extensively, including England, Wales, Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, Scotland, Italy, France, Greece (mainland and Islands), Spain, Portugal, Switzerland, Bali, Hawaii and USA Mainland, Mexico, Fiji, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Singapore, Macau as well as Australia.
My favourites countries are certainly Italy and Hawaii, and I love advising on all aspects of Hawaii, where I have visited many times over years, and watched the country change and grow into one of the most popular holiday destinations world- wide.
I am currently the Operations Manager of an exciting new company “ Mystery Flights”, which is now a part of Travelbookers, and my newest “baby”.
It is a real “ fun” idea and having known the OLD Mystery Flights well, I have enjoyed changing that old image and giving the NEW Mystery Flights an exciting edge in domestic Travel Australia-wide.

Liana DeCastro
Being the newest and youngest addition to the staff at Travelbookers, I am always answering the phone, so I will probably be your first port of call when you dial 02 9440 1455.
I grew up in Port Macquarie, so ask me anything you want to about that area.
I am also fast becoming an “expert” in Mystery Flights.
I am enthusiastic, willing to learn and have a laugh with you, and hope I can send you to some exciting destination and plan a seamless getaway for you in the near future. ! |
