Credit Card: We have partnered with Direct One, our third party secure gateway provider, to accept payment by Visa and Mastercard, Customers travelling with us can also use American Express (AMEX).
Other: We also accept Paypal, Direct Deposit, Australia Post Money Orders and Bank Cheques. However, when paying by these methods your goods can only be dispatched when deposits/cheques/money orders have cleared to Travelbookers. Please select your payment method at the checkout. Our payment details are emailed to you with your order confirmation.
Travelbookers will hold orders for 3 days pending payment. After this time orders will be released back into stock. Customer service will contact you if this situation occurs.

Please note that all transactions will be processed in Australian dollars (AUD), i.e. DirectOne will convert any foreign exchange transaction into Australian dollars.

We are always happy to offer you an exchange or refund on a product if you are ever disenchanted by your purchase with Travelbookers. Obviously we need to receive the item back in its original state and within 10 days of purchase. We are not able to accept any sale items that are no longer held in stock.
Please follow these instructions to make a return or exchange: 1. Contact Travelbookers and explain your situation. We will give you a unique customer returns number. Phone +61- 2 94401455 or email sales@travelbookers.com.au. 2. Returns: Return the product to be refunded. Be sure to include your unique customer returns number on your package. You will be credited for the products as soon as we receive them.
3. Exchanges: Return the product to be exchanged. Be sure to include your unique customer returns number on your package and you will also need to include a self-addressed prepaid satchel for your new replaced products to be returned in. 4. Damaged/faulty items: This is usually very rare. Should this unfortunately happen to you though, please contact Travelbookers immediately and we will work out the best course of action.
